VERDICT FOR KAMPALA RIOTERS.

The situation is calm in Kampala although the security officers are still patrolling the place. It is surprising up to now that we still wake up on headlines like “Kabaka misses president’s meeting", “MPs back government” among the so many others which derive to the same point – the Kabaka is to blame.

I think the problem in Kampala now is similar to that of two alpha dogs trying to fight for a territory.

I remember when I was still young in the Fort Portal, we had the only female dog in the village and these huge male dogs used to come and fight from or backyard during the mating season just each to have its share …………..you know what I mean! And now I think this is a similar Scenario that is occurring in Kampala. both the Kabaka and Museveni want to be heard in the same region. they all want to show authority.

Some of the rioters are behind bars now, all for what? And of all charges terrorism, was what they rioted for worth it?.

Some of these rioters did not do it for the purpose it was meant for, they were just hooligans lacking what do useful in their lives. Boda-Boda riders, luggage carriers and other hustlers in life who first wanted to feel the pleasure of being in a band wagon and now that some of them have been singled out, they are sweating plasma behind bars. If only what they rioted for had succeeded but it did not.

MESS AT HOME.

T he twenty one years i have lived on this earth i haven't seen such as what is happening in my home city. The city is in a mess, flying bullets, people are being flogged like cows...maybe even more, the whole sky is filled with a cloud of tear gas, no one remembers to help the other. It is all "surviving on your own".
All this has been cause by the stubborn leader we have.
i am stil wondering why a cultural leader gets involved in the politics of a country. and his subordinates are as stubborn as mules, they miss lead him and now they cause the disagreemenyt between him and presidebt Museveni.
Kabaka Muteebi ronald should have listened to the advise from the gov't and quit going to a plce where his life is threatened;

well some may say that i am taking sides in thios matter, but i am a patriote and i would die for my country uganda, this King has been very sturbon that he does not want ot sit his a** down and negotiete with in the president and yet the Museveni takes hios time to phone call him btu he does not respond...that's not being royal but it is being a d**** haed.
Museveni has given his side of the story but this Kabaka has not yet come out up now to say anything.....no wonder kingship was abolished by the late Dr. Milton Obote.
i now understabd very well why Obote said "a good Muganda is a dead one". how can one sit and talk to a bunch of uneducated bandit who are gifted at making irrelevant comments and nosense urguments.

Now the so called Kabakas people ar e all dismantling the little development that exists in their region.

watch out for part two.
